In ADManager Plus, HR users can be added as Workflow Technicians with the “Requester” role. A Requester does not consume a Technician license. They can:
Submit user creation (onboarding) requests
Fill in required details via the web interface
Trigger workflows based on predefined templates
Send the request for approval (if approval stages are configured)
The actual execution of the task (user creation) will be handled by an approved technician/executor in the workflow.
This approach is recommended instead of monitoring a directory or using instruction files, as the built-in Workflow module is more secure, structured, and auditable.
